Please provide as much accurate information as possible. If you do not know an answer, leave it blank or provide your best available note. Submissions will be reviewed before being included in any public archive or publication.
Helpful details to include.
Full Name
Include known spelling variations, birth and death years, rank, unit, or branch of service if available.
Grave Location
Provide cemetery name, city, county, state, section, plot, GPS location, or nearby landmark if known.
Photos
Clear images of the marker, full grave setting, cemetery sign, and any veteran or lineage markers are especially helpful.
Story
Family history, local memory, oral tradition, documents, and community context help preserve more than a name.
Every submission matters.
Some records begin with a complete file. Others begin with a single photograph, a family memory, or a name on an old stone.
